Cinema Exhibitors Association Card 

The Cinema Exhibitors' Association Card is a national card that can be used to verify that the holder is entitled to one free ticket for a person accompanying them to the cinema. You can download an application form from the site and the card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Gardening for Disabled Trust is a charity that believes that age, accident or disability shouldn’t stop people from enjoying gardening. They provide grants to people to help adapt their gardens so that they are able to maintain them themselves. Membership is required to apply for a grant, and the site recommends that people research the available options and visit gardens to get an idea of what is possible. Greenwich Dance offers a class called Dancing to the Music of Time, which is held once a week for people over the age of 60. You work with a professional choreographer, and the group perform at public events. The class has been running since 2010 and continues growing in popularity. Sing for your Life 

Sing for your Life runs Silver Song Clubs, which are regular sessions of singing and music making for older people and, where appropriate, their carers. Over 1,500 people attend a Silver Song Club, where sessions involve singing, movement and percussion for 90 minutes, with a refreshment break. The music and songs are familiar and selected to help stimulate memories. The company also provides the Silver Song Music Box, which helps to continue the benefits of the song club sessions by allowing residential care homes to provide more sessions.
