We help people to get the support they need to stay well, living where they want to live and being who they want to be. To achieve this purpose, we make services, information and resources available through our website.

YtB reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members and to restrict, suspend or close your account if YtB determines, at our sole discretion, that doing so is necessary to enforce this Agreement.
If you are notified that your posting privileges have been suspended or terminated you will not attempt to re-register or to make any posts on the forum in any guise whatsoever.

People Using Carer Directory
All Paid Carers on the You’re the Boss Carer Directory are independent and self-employed, employed by an agency or will be employed by you.
YtB Accredited Carers have been given accredited status based on information which is available on the day of the check. You’re the Boss is not liable should information subsequently come to light, which shows that a Paid Carer should not have been given accredited status.
YtB does not direct, monitor or control the Paid Carer or the services they provide and we are not responsible in any way for the provision of services or for the Paid Carer.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall imply any partnership between us and/or you and/or the Paid Carer.
YtB are in no way liable for any actions of the Paid Carer and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage resulting from your contact with them.
If any of these provisions is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable that provision will be deemed severable from the rest and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
This site is directed to users in England only unless otherwise specified for specific items posted on this site.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the Courts of England.
We may make changes to these Terms at any time. We will let you know what these changes are by posting them to this page, but it is your responsibility as a user to make sure that you are aware of them, by checking for any changes on a regular basis.
